Our of stock. Silky soft and seductive yet wonderfully concentrated, this wine is pretty without pretence. Fragrant red roses, summer ripe berries and sweet toasty aromas fill the glass whilst delicious layers of dark cherry, baking spice add depth whilst a slight hint of cocoa flaunt their charm.
A fantastic vintage, the grapes were harvested at an average of 24 degrees Brix. The fruit was then chilled, de-stemmed and cold soaked for 12 days prior to warming and fermentation in open top fermenters. At dryness the wine was drained and the skins gently pressed rolling which the components were matured in French oak barrels for 10 months before blending and bottling.

A great entertaining wine, pair the pinot with a range of foods including grilled salmon steaks, hearty pastas (spaghetti bolognese!), steak and grilled pizzas.
