Dark purple stains the glass, a perfect showcase for the fruit in this intense red wine. Inky and succulent blueberries and blackberries overwhelm the palate, while a touch of roasted, savoury and earthy tones round out the mouthfeel. Supple and spicy, the full bodied wine was aged in American oak for 14 months. Toasty vanilla on the finish combines with chalky and chewy tannins to create a finish with structure and character.
