Full bodied with good acidity. Aromas of peach, pineapple and lemon with flavours of white tea.
Single varietal, its main features are of refreshing acidity and the aroma of exotic fruits. Aged in French oak barrels, it offers more complex aromas such as tobacco, vanilla and nuts. Of French origin, Chardonnay is the king of white wines after coming first in preferences. Serve at 14-16 ° C. Keeps well for 4-5 years.
Grapes are sourced from the vineyards situated in all Paphos Area (Letimbou, Choulou, Polemi and Statos-Agios villages). The vineyards are of attitude 450-900m, where the density of vines are approximately 3000 per hectare, at average yields of 35HI/Ha. The average age of productive vines are 15 years.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermented at thermo-controlled temperate of 14˚C and aged 100% in French oak barrels 2.25HL for 6 months.
