Bright straw colour with nuance of peach, lemon and white flowers aromas with scent of sweetness similar to Moscat and late harvest Riesling. Light-Medium bodied with youthful and refreshing light acidity with good fruity aftertaste. Easy drinking especially at chilled temperature.


Grapes are sourced from the vineyards situated in all Paphos Area (Letimbou, Choulou, Polemi and Statos-Agios villages). The Chardonnay vines grow at attitude 450-650m, Muscat at 400-600m and Xynisteri at 500-900m. Average age of productive vines of Chardonnay is 10-15 years, Muscat 20-30 years and Xynisteri 15-30 years, where the density of vines are approximately 3000 per hectare, at average yields of 40HI/Ha. 

Harvesting period is from 12th August to 15th October for various varieties.. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermented at thermo-controlled temperate of 14˚C, with an average time of cryoextraction for 4-6 hours. Bottling take place in spring 2015 with 13,000 bottles produced.
