Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Richly fruited and intensely flavoured, this is a fabulously good drinking Sauvignon filled with passionfruit, peach and feijoa characters with hint of herbaceous lift. the palate delivers plenty of power, nicely supported by lush fruit flavours, finishing superbly long and juicy.

Tropical fruits aromas accentuate the bouquet. Grapefruit, guava, passion fruit, and lemongrass dance across the palate in perfect symmetry bringing a refreshing, crisp acidity to life. 

Winemaking

With every step of the winemaking process our goal is to preserve the incredible aromatics and scintillating structure of our wines. After harvesting, we keep the fruit as cool as possible to retain bright, fresh Marlborough fruit flavours. Gentle crushing and cool fermentation help to preserve the personality of the variety and the influence of the site. Our Sauvignon Blanc is kept in stainless steel tanks to maintain zesty fruit characteristics.
