Misty Cove Landmark Rosé 2020

Classic strawberries and cream aromas with hints of orange peel, nectarine, and blossom on the nose. It’s juicy, refreshing and lingering with excellent fruit intensity backed by bright acidity, offering fabulous drinking. At its best: now to 2023. 

Winemaking

Hand harvested from 3 different grape varietals to add complexity, the dry Mediterranean style consists of Pinot Noir  (63%) Pinot Gris (34%) and Chardonnay (3%).

Minimum times on skins and pressed to 600 litres per ton to retain freshness and fruitiness. The grapes were co-fermented to allow better integration.

The light colour and gorgeous summer fruits result in an elegant rebel that is crisp and dry in the finish.
